The Congregational Care team reaches out with the love of Christ to members of the congregation to provide Christ-like care and connection with Hermitage United Methodist Church. They visit people, take communion, and check in on those persons who are home- centered and unable to make it to church regularly. The CC Team seeks to organize and equip teams to carry out various congregational care responsibilities. They also review and evaluate the effectiveness of congregational care ministries.
