FOOD PANTRY

Hermitage UMC’S Food Pantry ministry provides non-perishable food to our neighbors in need.  Neighbors may come during pantry hours, and they will be met by our volunteers to choose their food selections.  The Food Pantry receives monetary donations from church members and buys food from Second Harvest at reduced prices.

If you are in need of food, please visit our Andrew Jackson Campus at 4250 Andrew Jackson Pkwy, Hermitage, TN 37076 on

1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month between 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

If you would like to be a Food Pantry Team Member, please note the opportunities there are to serve.

1.  On Fridays…Currently the delivery of food from Second Harvest arrives on Friday at 10:00 am.  There is a need to have  five people to help unload this truck and sort and store food.  The Friday work is normally finished in approximately 1 to 2 hours.
